Get ready for another exciting fall as Flag Football returns to New Canaan for its 21st season. This fun, fast-paced program follows official NFL Flag rules and guidelines and is open exclusively to New Canaan residents.
League Breakdowns:
We offer six grade-based leagues to ensure a great experience for all players:
- Grade 2
- Grades 3–4
- Grades 5–6
- Grades 7–9 (Co-ed)
- Grades 2–4 (Girls)
- Grades 5–6 (Girls)
- Grades 7–8 (Girls)
Please register your child based on the grade they will be entering this upcoming fall.
Program Details:
Players will be placed on teams with volunteer coaches and will practice once per week.
Games are played on Saturdays in a round-robin format, beginning September 6.
Each participant will receive an official NFL Flag jersey and flag belt. A mouthguard is required.
Practice days are set by volunteer coaches and will be communicated once teams are formed.

Coaches Meeting (Team Announcements): Thursday, August 28 at 7:00 PM @ the Waveny House
Jamboree: Saturday, September 6
Regular Season Begins: Saturday, September 13
