Chess AM (1-4) Min/Max | 10/22
Looking for a fun way to help your children improve their critical thinking skills, patience, sportsmanship and problem solving? The class is open to players of all levels from beginners to players with tournament experience. Students will learn the rules and moves of the game, and then focus on basic opening theory. Players will be paired according to their level to play supervised games during each class and deepen their chess understanding by solving checkmates on diagrams tailored to their individual level. Players will learn to use chess clocks and record their moves.

Mad Science (2-4) Min/Max | 8/16
Put on your goggles and join the Science Adventure! Young scientists will explore various areas of science through hands-on experiments, from cool dry ice to rocket launches. The program includes everything from dinosaurs to hot air balloons. Students will also receive a lab coat, goggles, and take-home activities to continue their science journey at home!

Guitar Lessons (2-4) Min/Max | 4/8
This class will start you on your way to enjoying music and playing the guitar. You don’t even have to own a guitar; one will be provided for you by the instructor for every class! Each class will provide a high level of group instruction in a fun and cooperative atmosphere. Learn chords, scales and theory and best of all, learn to play your favorite songs!

Kids Can Cook Too w/ Mrs. Orlando/Mrs. Griffin(K-1) Min/Max | 6/12
Come join us for a fun filled culinary experience. Grab your aprons and get ready to make some tasty treats. Together we will prepare, measure, mix, bake, and even taste some delightful fall recipes. Some recipes include apple pie bites, monster cookies and other delicious treats. Let’s get baking! (Disclaimer- recipes contain gluten)

In this exciting 6-week program for grades K-2, kids will design and build creative projects like custom cars, race tracks, and a collaborative mural. They’ll also play with real Hot Wheels cars, experimenting with ramps, loops, and stunts to bring their creations to life. It’s the perfect blend of art, play, and imagination!

From exploring different textures with play dough to creating colorful slime and orbeez, your child will embark on an exciting journey where learning meets play, discovering the joy of sensory exploration.

Join us for a 6-week class on decorating sugar cookies with royal icing! You'll start with basic techniques and progress to more advanced designs each week. Each session features a holiday theme, and you'll decorate three themed cookies plus one “freestyle” cookie to take home. Please note: the cookies and icing are homemade and contain dairy, egg, and gluten.

In this inventive program, students work together to design solutions to real-world problems. They’ll identify the need for new inventions, build structures, and experiment with different materials. One STEM challenge involves constructing bridges and testing how much weight they can hold. Along the way, students will explore the stories of famous inventors and discuss how inventions have improved our daily lives.

Thursday Programs
Confidence Makers Lab by Launch Her Further (2-4) Min/Max | 8/18
Building confidence and camaraderie among girls through creative craft activities, group discussions, and individual reflection. Students will make dream catchers, snow globes, flower wreaths, marshmallow launchers, fidgets, and more. Alongside fostering traits like authenticity, compassion, and resilience, we’ll explore how assertiveness, setting boundaries, self-care, and positive friendships contribute to healthy self-esteem. Contemporary role models like Taylor Swift, Serena Williams, Emma Watson, Simone Biles, Caitlin Clark, and Beyoncé will help illustrate these lessons.
