Monday Programs
Design Divas  (1-4)
In this hands-on design class, kids customize their own accessories while learning simple design and crafting skills. Participants will decorate items like shoes, tote bags, jewelry boxes, and handmade jewelry, turning everyday pieces into one-of-a-kind creations. All materials are provided, and students bring a pair of plain white sneakers to decorate. The class focuses on creativity, color coordination, and confidence through fun, guided projects in a structured environment. *Students bring their own pair of white sneakers*

ESPORTS Gaming (1-4) 
In this high-energy after-school Esports class, students jump into competitive play with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, two official CAS and CIAC esports titles. Led by experienced coaches, players sharpen game skills while building teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment.


Tuesday Programs
Chess AM (1-4) 
Looking for a fun way to help your children improve their critical thinking skills, patience, sportsmanship and problem solving? The class is open to players of all levels from beginners to players with tournament experience. Students will learn the rules and moves of the game, and then focus on basic opening theory. Players will be paired according to their level to play supervised games during each class and deepen their chess understanding by solving checkmates on diagrams tailored to their individual level. Players will learn to use chess clocks and record their moves.

Guitar Lessons (2-4) 
This class will start you on your way to enjoying music and playing the guitar. You don’t even have to own a guitar; one will be provided for you by the instructor for every class! Each class will provide a high level of group instruction in a fun and cooperative atmosphere. Learn chords, scales and theory and best of all, learn to play your favorite songs!

Kids Can Cook Too w/ Mrs. Orlando/Mrs. Griffin(K-1) 
Come join us for a fun filled culinary experience.  Grab your aprons and baking hats and get ready to make some tasty treats.  Together we will prepare, measure, mix, bake, and even taste some delightful winter and holiday recipes.  Some recipes include sweetheart cinnamon rolls, funfetti cookies and other delicious treats.  Let’s get baking! (Disclaimer- recipes contain gluten)

Tennis (K-2) 
We want to make tennis fun and our after-school offer is a great way for youngsters to learn the game. We are hoping to create tennis players for life. Tennis equipment provided (including racquet's).

Crafty Kids!  (K-2) 
Let's Get Messy! Join us for 6 weeks of crafty after school fun creating cardboard cities, Leprechaun traps, abstract art and so much more!! Kiddos will dive into their creativity using different methods, mediums and techniques of crafting. This session offers everything from"traditional" painting to up cycling art and of course slime making! 


Wednesday Program
Future Stars Basketball Academy (K-4)
The Future Stars Sports Academy is excited to continue the most comprehensive basketball and child development program for boys and girls. Featuring lower baskets, smaller balls, instruction, game play, contests and much more! 

Cupcakes w/Ms. Terceira (2-4) 
Join East School’s Ms. Terceira for After School Cupcake Club, a hands-on decorating class where students learn simple, repeatable cupcake designs. Each week includes guided seasonal creations and a freestyle cupcake to explore creativity, with themes like St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, and spring designs. Students build confidence through basic frosting techniques and easy decorating skills they can recreate at home.May contain nuts. 

My First Lemonade Stand (K-2) 
Learn to make sweet, tangy lemonade and turn it into a business. Kids will test recipes, design flyers, practice money skills, and in the finale, launch their very own lemonade stand to raise funds for a charity they choose.

Mad Science (2-4) 
Reactions Explosions is a high-energy after-school science program packed with jaw-dropping experiments and nonstop excitement. Young scientists will erupt volcanoes, launch engine-powered rockets, create sky-high soda geysers, explore dry ice comets, and witness lightning-like sparks from a Tesla Coil. With goggles on and hands in, students will mix, fizz, pop, and blast their way through unforgettable experiments that make science loud, messy, and incredibly fun.

ROARbots Robotics (1-4) 
In this program, your engineer will explore the basics of robotics while building some fascinating prehistoric creatures with their classmates! They will learn about dinosaurs and their habitats as they build and code robotic models.

Thursday Programs
Woodworking (2-4) 
Kids will build their own charming wooden cottage birdhouse using real tools and quality materials. Featuring whimsical details like a moss-style roof, stone-inspired walls, and colorful trim, this hands-on project teaches basic woodworking skills such as fitting, hammering, sanding, and assembling. The nature-inspired design encourages creativity, focus, and fine motor skills, and each child goes home with a beautiful birdhouse to proudly display.

Confidence Makers Lab- Launch Her Further (2-4) 
Helping girls develop self-acceptance, self-worth, and self-compassion through crafts, music, and conversation. Crafts will include wind chimes, jewelry, frames, message-in-a-bottle keepsakes, flowerpots, and keychains. 
Classes are led by Soulafreda Hantes, founder of @launch_her_further.
 
Sports Spectacular (K-2)
Let’s Play! End the school day with Sports Spectacular, a high energy program featuring a mix of traditional sports and playground favorites. Kids will practice skills, play games, and enjoy a lineup that includes basketball, soccer, flag football, kickball, capture the flag, wiffle ball, and more. With a focus on fun, teamwork, sportsmanship, and fitness, this program has it all!
