Monday Programs
Confidence Makers Lab- Launch Her Further (2-4)
Girls will create confidence-building crafts that encourage them to embrace challenge, be mindful, and cheer themselves on. We will make motivational collages, decorate candles, design canvas bags, and create wood art. Classes are led by Soulafreda Hantes, founder of @launch_her_further.

Mad Science! (K-2)
Spring Fun STEM is a hands-on science adventure designed especially for K–2 students. Young explorers will dive into the wonders of spring as they create colorful butterflies, discover the life cycle of plants, explore worms and soil, investigate beach and sea animal ecosystems, and experiment with wind and flight. Each child receives their own lab coat and safety goggles, plus take-home STEM activities, making this a season full of curiosity, creativity, and springtime discovery.

Food Explorer Spring Desserts (2-4)
Celebrate the season with fresh, fruity, and fun desserts! In this hands-on cooking class, kids will create spring-inspired sweets like Raspberry Cheesecake Pies, Lemon Sugar Cookie Trifles, Apricot Croissant Bites, Italian Fruit Tarts, Black Forest Cupcakes and Peach Melba Crumbles. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Pokemania (K-4)
Students will build and explore the world of Pokémon as they create their own gyms, battles, and even their very own generation of Pokémon using LEGO® bricks. Children will also learn about real world science as they learn about the habitats of the Pokémon. Your child will have a blast becoming the best Pokémon trainer ever.

Tuesday Programs
Future Stars Basketball (1-4)
The Future Stars Sports Academy is excited to continue the most comprehensive basketball and child development program for boys and girls. Featuring lower baskets, smaller balls, instruction, gameplay, contests and much more!

Cupcakes w/Ms. Orlando (1-4)
Join Mrs. Orlando for a sweet winter adventure! Students will decorate two cupcakes each week with festive Valentine’s Day, Winter, and Spring designs and create their own recipe book featuring twelve unique cupcake creations to take home. It’s a fun, hands-on class filled with frosting and creativity. "May contain nuts/manufactured in a facility that processes nuts".

Woodworking (2-4)
Kids will build their own charming wooden cottage birdhouse using real tools and quality materials. Featuring whimsical details like a moss-style roof, stone-inspired walls, and colorful trim, this hands-on project teaches basic woodworking skills such as fitting, hammering, sanding, and assembling. The nature-inspired design encourages creativity, focus, and fine motor skills, and each child goes home with a beautiful birdhouse to proudly display.

Mad Science (Grades 2–4)
Reactions and Explosions Lab is a high-energy after-school science program packed with jaw-dropping experiments and nonstop excitement. Young scientists will erupt volcanoes, launch engine-powered rockets, create sky-high soda geysers, explore dry ice comets, and witness lightning-like sparks from a Tesla Coil. With goggles on and hands in, students will mix, fizz, pop, and blast their way through unforgettable experiments that make science loud, messy, and incredibly fun.

Wednesday Programs
Chess AM (1-4)
Looking for a fun way to help your children improve their critical thinking skills, patience, sportsmanship and problem solving? The class is open to players of all levels from beginners to players with tournament experience. Students will learn the rules and moves of the game, and then focus on basic opening theory. Players will be paired according to their level to play supervised games during each class and deepen their chess understanding by solving checkmates on diagrams tailored to their individual level. Players will learn to use chess clocks and record their moves.

Paper Mache Makers! (K-2) Rip it, dip it, stick it! Get messy and have fun creating art with paper mâché. Kids will build, shape, and decorate fun projects using their imagination

Cake Decorating! (1-4)
Calling all future cake decorators! Students will learn basic cake decorating skills using mini cakes and frosting, including crumb coating, layering, and final frosting techniques. The class also covers decorating with a 1M piping tip and creating fun cake toppers. Each student takes home their decorated cake each week. Please note: allergens include wheat, dairy, and eggs.

Sneaker Studio (2-4)

Design it. Paint it. Rock it. Kids will turn plain sneakers into bold, wearable works of art using high-quality paints, markers, and optional gems, with all supplies provided. Students will practice first on a supplied baseball hat and tote bag before designing and customizing their own white canvas shoes with creative flair and street-style inspiration. Everyone leaves with a totally original pair of custom kicks ready to wear and show off. What to bring: A pair of new or clean white canvas sneakers (such as Converse or Vans).

ESPORTS Gaming (1-4)
In this high-energy after-school Esports class, students jump into competitive play with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, two official CAS and CIAC esports titles. Led by experienced coaches, players sharpen game skills while building teamwork, strategy, and sportsmanship in a fun and supportive environment.

Thursday Programs
Guitar Lessons (2-4)
This class will start you on your way to enjoying music and playing the guitar. You don’t even have to own a guitar; one will be provided for you by the instructor for every class! Each of the six- one-hour classes will provide a high level of group instruction in a fun and cooperative atmosphere. Learn chords, scales and theory and best of all, learn to play your favorite songs! Rental guitars are also available for students to practice their new talent in their home.

Art Innovators (K-2)

This hands-on program introduces young artists to creativity and innovation through self-portraits, sculptures, and imaginative collages. As students explore artists from da Vinci to Kahlo, they build confidence, take creative risks, and share their work while learning how art can inspire and express big ideas.

Mad Science (2-4)
Where Learning Gets Messy, Smelly, and Totally Awesome! Dive into hands-on experiments that are slimy, sticky, foamy, and full of “Ew” and “Wow” moments. From eruptions and creepy creatures to owl pellet dissections and wild reactions, kids will explore the weird and wonderful world of science. Every scientist gets a lab coat, goggles, and special take-home activities to keep the fun going!

Tennis (Grades K-2)
We make learning tennis fun! Our after-school program is a great way for young players to develop fundamental skills in a supportive environment. Our goal is to create lifelong tennis players. Equipment, including racquet's, is provided.
