Monday Programs
Disc Golf (3–4)
Students will learn the basics of this fast-growing sport, including putting, backhand and forehand throws, and how different discs fly. Through fun drills, games, and tips, students will build the skills and confidence to get out on the course and play!
LEGO Legends (K–4)
An exciting journey into the world of LEGO with this hands-on class! Students will unleash their creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork as they build everything from towering skyscrapers to imaginative creatures. Each week features fun challenges, themed builds, and opportunities to design original creations.
Pop Star Academy (2–4)
Pop Star Academy is a high-energy, confidence-building class that combines dramatic play, vocal warm-ups, and simple movement. Students will create their own stage persona, build vocal projection, learn group choreography to age-appropriate hits, and craft their own stage props.
Confidence Makers Lab by Launch Her Further (2–4)
Building confidence & camaraderie through crafts & conversation. Our fall session will give girls the tools to make new friends, cultivate healthy friendships, and navigate friendship bumps while staying true to themselves. We will make candles, seashell trinkets, jewelry, pressed flower art, and more.
Tuesday Programs
Gamebot Robotics (1–4)
In this exciting robotics program, kids work in teams to design, build, and program LEGO® robots while competing in fun, game-based challenges. Along the way, they'll develop coding, engineering, problem-solving, and teamwork skills while building a Go-Kart, Hockey Robot, and more.
Laser Tag On The Go (2–4)
Designed for all skill levels, this program delivers action-packed fun while focusing on teamwork, strategy, and fitness. Each week features new game modes and challenges that build confidence, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Fall Fun STEM: A Science Adventure (K–2)
Get ready to explore, build, launch, and experiment! Each week features a new hands-on STEM adventure, including Magnet Madness, hot air balloons, dinosaurs, the human body, rockets, and fall science fun. Every scientist receives their own Mad Science lab coat, safety goggles, take-home STEM activities, and plenty of exciting hands-on learning!
Young Woodworkers w/ Ms. Sullivan (2–4)
Students will build their very own squirrel feeder using real tools and quality materials! They’ll learn basic woodworking skills like hammering, sanding, fitting, and assembling while creating a fun project they’ll be proud to take home and display in their yard or garden.
Wednesday Programs
Guitar Lessons (2–4)
This class will start students on their way to enjoying music and playing the guitar. You don’t even have to own a guitar; one will be provided by the instructor for every class! Students will learn chords, scales, theory, and best of all, how to play their favorite songs in a fun and cooperative atmosphere.
SNAG Golf Academy (K–4)
Introduce your child to golf in a fun and engaging environment! Led by PGA Professional Joe Connerton, this program uses the SNAG (Starting New at Golf) system to teach fundamentals through age-appropriate games and activities. Participants will learn putting, chipping, pitching, safety, and proper golf technique while building coordination and confidence.
NASA: Space Lab (2–4)
3...2...1... Blast off! Young explorers will journey through the solar system with hands-on experiments, projects, and NASA-inspired challenges. Students will explore planets and moons, create galaxy slime and an icy comet, learn how astronauts live in space, design a space shelter, and discover the science behind rockets. The program also includes an exciting instructor-led rocket launch!
Thursday Programs
Future Stars Basketball Academy (K–4)
Future Stars Basketball Academy provides a fun and engaging basketball experience for boys and girls of all skill levels. Featuring age-appropriate equipment, instruction, games, contests, and more, students will develop basketball fundamentals, coordination, teamwork, and confidence.
Chess (1–4)
Join your classmates for after-school chess! Beginners will learn the rules, moves, and basic strategies, while intermediate players will build advanced skills and compete against challenging opponents. Students will play supervised games, practice checkmate strategies, and have opportunities to participate in tournaments.
Cookie Decorating w/ Sheryl (1–4)
Join New Canaan cottage baker Sheryl Mascarenas of Whisk and Whip Bakeshop for a fun, hands-on sugar cookie decorating class! Students will learn royal icing techniques and progress to more advanced decorating skills while creating seasonal cookies. Each student will decorate three themed cookies plus one freestyle cookie to take home. Please note: Sugar cookies and royal icing are made from scratch and contain dairy, egg, and gluten.
Design Divas (K–4)
Design Divas is a fun, hands-on class where kids can get creative and design their own one-of-a-kind accessories! Students will customize sneakers, a tote bag, jewelry box, magic wand, keychain, necklaces, and a T-shirt while learning basic design techniques and color coordination. All materials are provided. Students must bring a pair of plain white sneakers and a 100% cotton T-shirt to decorate.
