Monday Programs
Fall Fun STEM: A Science Adventure (K–2)
Get ready to explore, build, launch, and experiment! Each week features a new hands-on STEM adventure, including Magnet Madness, hot air balloons, dinosaurs, the human body, rockets, and fall science fun. Every scientist receives their own Mad Science lab coat, safety goggles, take-home STEM activities, and plenty of exciting hands-on learning!
Guitar Lessons (2–4)
This class will start students on their way to enjoying music and playing the guitar. You don’t even have to own a guitar; one will be provided by the instructor for every class! Students will learn chords, scales, theory, and best of all, how to play their favorite songs in a fun and cooperative atmosphere.
NASA: Space Lab (2–4)
3...2...1... Blast off! Young explorers will journey through the solar system with hands-on experiments, projects, and NASA-inspired challenges. Students will explore planets and moons, create galaxy slime and an icy comet, learn how astronauts live in space, design a space shelter, and discover the science behind rockets. The program also includes an exciting instructor-led rocket launch!
Tuesday Programs
Future Stars Basketball Academy (K–4)
Future Stars Basketball Academy provides a fun and engaging basketball experience for boys and girls of all skill levels. Featuring age-appropriate equipment, instruction, games, contests, and more, students will develop basketball fundamentals, coordination, teamwork, and confidence.
Jewlery Making w/ Ms. Gehnrich (K-4)
Get ready to sparkle! In this fun, hands-on class, kids will create their own bracelets, necklaces, and more using colorful beads and charms. Each week features a new project where students can get creative and show off their unique style. No experience needed, just bring your imagination!
Cupcake Fun with Mrs. Orlando (1-4)
Join Mrs. Orlando for a frosting-filled Fall! Students will decorate 2 cupcakes each week with fun designs for Fall! They will also create a recipe book to take home at the end of the session! “May contain ingredients manufactured in a facility that processes nuts”
Esports Gaming: Super Smash & Mario Kart (1–4)
Get ready to game! Students will compete in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, two official CAS and CIAC esports titles. Experienced coaches will guide players through fun, competitive gameplay while building teamwork, strategy, and good sportsmanship. All sessions are played on Nintendo Switch.
Wednesday Programs
Chess AM (1-4)
Join your classmates for before-school chess! Beginners will learn the rules, moves, and basic strategies, while intermediate players will build advanced skills and compete against challenging opponents. Students will play supervised games, practice checkmate strategies, and have opportunities to participate in tournaments.
Morning Crafts & Coloring (K-4)
Start your Wednesday with a burst of color and creativity! This fun
morning club is the perfect place for young artists to imagine, design, and create. From hands on craft projects to vibrant coloring adventures, we will mix, match, and make spectacular art together. Come hang out with friends, listen to fun music, and let your imagination run wild!
Laser Tag On The Go (2–4)
Designed for all skill levels, this program delivers action-packed fun while focusing on teamwork, strategy, and fitness. Each week features new game modes and challenges that build confidence, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Lego Explorers (1-3)
Get ready to build, create, and innovate! In this hands-on LEGO program, students will become engineers, architects, and storytellers as they design unique structures and bring their imaginations to life. Along the way, they’ll build problem-solving and teamwork skills while having fun and making new friends!
Confidence Makers Lab by Launch Her Further (2-4)
Building confidence & camaraderie through crafts & conversation. Our fall session will give girls the tools to make new friends, cultivate healthy friendships, and navigate friendship bumps while staying true to themselves. We will make candles, seashell trinkets, jewelry, pressed flower art, and more.
Cookie Decorating w/ Sheryl (1–4)
Join New Canaan cottage baker Sheryl Mascarenas of Whisk and Whip Bakeshop for a fun, hands-on sugar cookie decorating class! Students will learn royal icing techniques and progress to more advanced decorating skills while creating seasonal cookies. Each student will decorate three themed cookies plus one freestyle cookie to take home. Please note: Sugar cookies and royal icing are made from scratch and contain dairy, egg, and gluten.
Thursday Programs
Amusement Park Engineering (K-4)
Design and build your own amusement park in this exciting hands-on program! Using LEGO® bricks and other building materials, students will create roller coasters, rides, and attractions while putting their creativity and engineering skills to the test. Do you have what it takes to design the next Disney World?
SNAG Golf Academy (K–4)
Introduce your child to golf in a fun and engaging environment! Led by PGA Professional Joe Connerton, this program uses the SNAG (Starting New at Golf) system to teach fundamentals through age-appropriate games and activities. Participants will learn putting, chipping, pitching, safety, and proper golf technique while building coordination and confidence.
Food Explorers-Fall Desserts
Get ready for a deliciously cozy adventure where young chefs will mix, bake, drizzle, and decorate their way through the sweetest flavors of the season. Crafting recipes such as Salted Caramel Apple Cookie Trifles, Pumpkin Pie Granola Cups, Cinnamon Sugar Dippers, Apple Cheesecake Eggrolls, Sweet Potato Pies with Marshmallow Whipped Cream, and Pumpkin Croissant Bites. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.
