All programs this session will run for 5 weeks to allow a built-in makeup week in case of snow before the school break. The next session will go back to a 6 week schedule
Monday Programs:

Tuesday Programs:
Chess AM (1-4) Min/Max | 10/22
Looking for a fun way to help your children improve their critical thinking skills, patience, sportsmanship and problem solving? The class is open to players of all levels from beginners to players with tournament experience. Students will learn the rules and moves of the game, and then focus on basic opening theory. Players will be paired according to their level to play supervised games during each class and deepen their chess understanding by solving checkmates on diagrams tailored to their individual level. Players will learn to use chess clocks and record their moves.
Guitar Lessons (2-4) Min/Max | 4/8
This class will start you on your way to enjoying music and playing the guitar. You don’t even have to own a guitar; one will be provided for you by the instructor for every class! Each class will provide a high level of group instruction in a fun and cooperative atmosphere. Learn chords, scales and theory and best of all, learn to play your favorite songs!
Kids Can Cook Too w/ Mrs. Orlando/Mrs. Griffin(K-1) Min/Max | 6/12
Join us for a fun and delicious winter baking adventure! Grab your apron and get ready to mix, bake, and taste a variety of sweet seasonal treats. Each week, students will create recipes like crunchy blizzard cookies, marshmallow snowmen, and more tasty favorites. Let’s get baking! Recipes contain gluten.
Mining & Building (1-4) Min/Max | 8/16
Get ready to bring Minecraft® to life with LEGO® bricks! Build epic worlds filled with animals, creepers, and your very own custom Minecraft® character. Use your imagination, creativity, and building skills to design adventures that jump off the screen and into real life!
Crafty Kids! (K-2) Min/Max | 8/16
Let your child’s imagination soar through hands-on creative exploration! Each week features a fun and engaging craft project such as snow globes, dream jars, polar bears, scrapbooking, slime, and more!
Wednesday Program:
Future Stars Basketball Academy (K-4) Min/Max | 10/35
The Future Stars Sports Academy is excited to continue the most comprehensive basketball and child development program for boys and girls. Featuring lower baskets, smaller balls, instruction, game play, contests and much more!
Cupcakes (2-4) Min/Max | 8/12
A dash of frosting, a sprinkle of fun, and a whole lot of creativity! Each week, kids will decorate two festive winter, Valentine’s and woodland animal themed cupcakes. They will create adorable winter bears, Valentine hearts and flowers, and a little touch of spring they can make at home with easy-to-find ingredients. Then dream up one freestyle design of their own to participate in Cupcake Wars each week. They’ll be amazed at how great their creations look (and taste!) when they bring them home. May contain nuts.
My First Hot Cocoa Stand (K-2) Min/Max | 10/18
Learn how to make yummy hot cocoa, and earn money selling it! A hot cocoa stand is a great way to introduce our youngest entrepreneurs to the world of business and is fun! From designing marketing flyers to estimating profits to experimenting with recipes, students have fun while developing business savvy!
Mad Science (Grades 2–4)
Bundle up for a cool and electrifying adventure! This winter-themed science club lets kids explore the magic of snow that never melts, create dry ice fog and giant bubbles, simulate blizzards, and even make their hair stand on end with a real Van de Graaff Generator. Each week features hands-on experiments full of frosty fun, glowing lights, and shocking surprises that make science come alive!
Thursday Programs
Multi-Sport Mania ! (2-4)
Kids will stay active and have a blast playing favorites like capture the flag, dodgeball, relay races, and other fun camp-style games. Each week brings new challenges, teamwork, and plenty of energy-filled fun indoors!
Confidence Makers Lab- Launch Her Further (2-4) Min/Max | 8/18
Girls will create confidence-building crafts that encourage them to embrace challenge, be mindful, and cheer themselves on. We will make motivational collages, decorate candles, design canvas bags, paint shells, and create wood art. Classes are led by Soulafreda Hantes, founder of @launch_her_further.
Woodworking (2-4)
This after school class is a real treat. Kids in grades 2 to 4 will roll up their sleeves and build their own wooden gumball machine using real tools and quality materials from Elm Street Events. They will learn the basics of woodworking as they hammer, sand, and fit pieces together to create a working candy dispenser that is both fun and functional. It is the perfect project to take home and fill with their favorite treats.
